Wow ... what a tough weekend!

I spent the weekend off because I've been sick since last Thursday, but the workout tonight was intense, especially considering I haven't done anything for a week now! I wanted to push myself hard and i felt exhausted afterward.

I'm going to get much more detailed in these posts down the road but for now I'm going to focus on just getting them posted so I can measure myself down the road by backtracking.
